Eventually you figure it out - A ha! I get it. No explanation that the numbers in the circle are pre-paid credits - with a corresponding breakdown of the cost-per-page at the different pre-paid price points. You are shown a set of circles with numbers inside, and a summary of the cost per page. The App-based user experience is poor - the interface is small, and as others have stated, the “Add Credits” screen does not make sense. I tried sending a 9-page fax for my first use of the system, and got an error message saying I had exceeded the “Fair Use” clause, and either needed to buy additional credits, or wait until next month to try it again.

Additionally, the “Unlimited Free for 7-days” promotion isn’t exactly true. Not very impressed - the app provides no ability to include your own Fax cover pages (can’t use our company’s fax templates) - you have to use theirs. I only needed to fax 2 pages, so now I have 14 extra credits, enough for a-page-and-a-half.Įven with that oddity, the app works great and is super convenient when needed. The app asks, "why?" And I said, "Too expensive." And the app asks, "Woud you like a 10% discount?" - or something similar, and I said, "Sure." But how about it? That middle option was great.Īt one point I changed my mind from buying the $9.99 for 200 credit option. 99¢ for 15- really? It takes 8 credits per page - so you'll always have leftover credits and need to buy more - and that's fine, I don't even mind 41¢ a page. THEY NO LONGER OFFER THE $2.99 for 84 credits option- So, "Crowded Road" please remove it from this app preview examples -OR - better yet, bring something like it back. It hiccups sometimes with the in-app purchase- endless spinning wheel -I logged in then opened it from the app store, then it worked fine.

The app is great, the in app credis, not so much.
